Arnold is in Terminator 4 Salvation!?
I’ve got a sneak peak for you which will make your day. Please find attached an Image of the Governator and John Connor meeting for the first time, yes it was on the set of T4.
I should make it clear, i have varous contacts in WB and from what i’ve been told the fans are in for a treat. The premise of Arnie’s involvement is to have a fully rendered digital face of Arnie replacing the recently cast Roland Kickinger (The Younger version of Arnie). It seems the Director Mc G will in no doubt try all he can to ensure the Governator has some sort of involvement and as a result Arnold was on set providing key ADR (Voice over) for the visual effects guys to reference during post production. You have to remember, Arnold’s commitments are preventing his return to the movie business and this seems the best logical way to ensure his involvement.

Batman star Christian Bale escapes charges in family row
Batman movie star Christian Bale will not face charges after his mother and sister alleged he had assaulted them in a London hotel last month, Britain’s prosecution service said on Thursday.
The Welsh-born 34-year-old actor, currently starring in one of Hollywood’s most successful blockbusters “The Dark Knight,” was released on bail without charge in late July after being questioned by London police.
The allegations had been made at the same time as The Dark Knight debuted in Europe.
“Taking all the factors into consideration, the decision has been taken that there is insufficient evidence to afford a realistic prospect of conviction, and accordingly the police have been advised that no further action should be taken against Mr. Bale,” the Crown Prosecution Service said.

McG calls Christian Bale “the most professional, passionate actor you’re ever going to find”
From People:
As Christian Bale weathers what he calls “a deeply personal matter,” he has Terminator Salvation director McG firmly in his corner.
“He’s the most professional, passionate actor you’re ever going to find,” McG said of the Dark Knight star during a Saturday panel discussion at Comic-Con in San Diego. “I mean it’s just that simple … Bale is just all about the work. He loves his wife, he loves his child, he loves being an actor. He’s not interested in materialist things. He wants to come to work prepared.”
The director added that the 34-year-old Bale, who plays hero John Connor in the upcoming fourth installment of the Terminator franchise, is passionate about his work – in a good way. “I can’t go, ‘Okay, Christian, you go out camera left,” said McG. “Christian’s going to talk to me … you know – ‘What went into the decision to go off camera left?’ – which is wonderful. It’s the elegant opposition you want.”
“And just for the record,” added McG, “he’s a big-hearted, good guy – and I’ve worked with a lot of people – and that’s just simply who he is.”
McG wins over Terminator Salvation fans at Comic Con
From Empire:
Director McG was facing an initially rather hostile crowd at Comic Con’s Terminator Salvation panel this morning. Fans have been vocally sceptical of the upcoming McTerminator reboot and even after the brief teaser that made it online last week, the film has been held as a potential tombstone for the franchise. Knowing this, the director strode out and addressed fans’ concerns head on.
“We knew we were facing a challenge of credibility,” he said. “It’s the privilege of the audience to say, ‘hey, I don’t know about this. I don’t know about this McG guy. I don’t know what their intentions are with this movie.’ So I wanted to protect the movie and protect all of you by hiring the most credible actor of his generation: Christian Bale.
“This whole thing began with listening. We listened to the fans and everybody wanted to look at the future. We weren’t excited about making T4, we were excited about making a new beginning. This feature is post judgement day to get a look at those worlds that the previous pictures only teased. Prior to making the picture I made sure to talk to Jim Cameron, of course Arnold Schwarzenegger. We hired Stan Winston, may he rest in peace and his designs are all over this picture.”
Christian Bale’s alleged blow-up came after bitchy mom bad-mouthed his wife
From NY:
Christian Bale’s alleged dust-up with his mother and sister came after his mom insulted the actor’s wife, the Daily Mail online reported Wednesday.
“Christian was stressed, but he didn’t lay a finger on anyone,” said a source quoted by the Mail. “Instead, he just flew off the handle and cussed at his mother. He just got very loud because his mother was saying some very outrageous things about him, and his wife.”
Scotland Yard detectives arrested “The Dark Knight” star Christian Bale Tuesday - after allowing him to go to the flick’s European premiere - and grilled him for four hours. He was then released on bail in the eyebrow-raising case, officials said.
Bale denied the charges in a statement made through his lawyers Tuesday, and sources say the actor is confident he’s done nothing wrong.
The 34-year-old Welshman has been known to have a temper. Last Friday he berated a cinematographer on the set of “Terminator 4,” TMZ.com reported.
His eight-year marriage to Sandra “Sibi” Blazic, a model-turned makeup artist, is reportedly going through a rocky patch.
“He has stresses in his marriage,” a source told the Mail. “He can have a terrible temper. Instead of lashing out at his wife, he sometimes lashes out at people around him.
“His marriage is not perfect, but his relationship with his mother is in much more trouble,” they added, saying that Bale is more upset about his mother’s words than about having been arrested in connection with the argument.
Batman’s Admission: Christian Bale Tells NPR the Suit Stirred Thoughts of ‘Great Violence’
“You feel like you can achieve great violence very easily. You feel very defended, as well, and protected by it. And so, consequently, you get very aggressive once you’re inside of the suit.”

in full of the events in question, and has left the station without any charge being made against him by the police,” the actor’s lawyers at the high-powered London firm Schillings said in a statement.
“At this time, there will be no further comment by Mr. Bale.”
