Arnold is in Terminator 4 Salvation!?

I’ve got a sneak peak for you which will make your day. Please find attached an Image of the Governator and John Connor meeting for the first time, yes it was on the set of T4.

I should make it clear, i have varous contacts in WB and from what i’ve been told the fans are in for a treat. The premise of Arnie’s involvement is to have a fully rendered digital face of Arnie replacing the recently cast Roland Kickinger (The Younger version of Arnie). It seems the Director Mc G will in no doubt try all he can to ensure the Governator has some sort of involvement and as a result Arnold was on set providing key ADR (Voice over) for the visual effects guys to reference during post production. You have to remember, Arnold’s commitments are preventing his return to the movie business and this seems the best logical way to ensure his involvement.

Terminator Salvation Halts for Helena Bonham Carter

In a horrific turns of events, Helena Bonham Carter fled the set of Terminator Salvation - where she plays a villain - this week after the news of the death of members of her family was delivered.

WENN reported, Helena Bonham Carter has halted filming on the new Terminator movie to fly back to Britain after four members of her family were killed in a horrific car crash in South Africa.

Bonham Carter’s relatives were on a safari holiday in the country when a minibus they were traveling in on Wednesday spun out of control and flipped over after a tire burst.

The actress’ cousin Fiona Bonham Carter, 51, escaped with a broken shoulder. But Fiona’s son Marcus Egerton-Warburton, 14, her mother Brenda, 74, and stepfather Francis Kirkwood, 75, all died.

McG wins over Terminator Salvation fans at Comic Con

From Empire:

Director McG was facing an initially rather hostile crowd at Comic Con’s Terminator Salvation panel this morning. Fans have been vocally sceptical of the upcoming McTerminator reboot and even after the brief teaser that made it online last week, the film has been held as a potential tombstone for the franchise. Knowing this, the director strode out and addressed fans’ concerns head on.

“We knew we were facing a challenge of credibility,” he said. “It’s the privilege of the audience to say, ‘hey, I don’t know about this. I don’t know about this McG guy. I don’t know what their intentions are with this movie.’ So I wanted to protect the movie and protect all of you by hiring the most credible actor of his generation: Christian Bale.

“This whole thing began with listening. We listened to the fans and everybody wanted to look at the future. We weren’t excited about making T4, we were excited about making a new beginning. This feature is post judgement day to get a look at those worlds that the previous pictures only teased. Prior to making the picture I made sure to talk to Jim Cameron, of course Arnold Schwarzenegger. We hired Stan Winston, may he rest in peace and his designs are all over this picture.”
